Little Flower Tutoring LLC provides services in literacy, writing, and mathematics.

Literacy

Tutoring for literacy will utilize the Orton-Gillingham (OG) Approach. Lessons will be multi-sensory and consist of the following: Phonological Awareness, Spiral Review of Learned Concepts, Introduction of New Concepts, Spelling, Reading Fluency, Reading Comprehension, and Cursive.

$50/Hour

*OG tutoring sessions are always one hour in length per session. Students benefit best receiving at least two sessions per week.

To begin OG tutoring, students must be assessed to determine areas of strength and growth. This assessment must take place before our first session and is a separate $25 fee.

Writing

Tutoring for writing will utilize a variety of methods. Students will first master sentence writing skills to ensure a solid writing foundation. From here, students will develop skills in paragraph and composition writing. Skills will be worked on in a sequential order based on skills that need to be developed.

*Depending on student needs, writing session length and pricing is flexible.

Math

Tutoring for math will utilize a variety of multi-sensory instruction methods. If requested, I will provide instruction using Math-U-See Curriculum.

*Depending on student needs, math session length and pricing is flexible.

Depending on the needs of your student, I can offer tutoring for one subject per session or multiple. Pricing is determined both by subject and time spent.
